Right of Withdrawal

According to EU regulations, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason. To exercise this right, you must inform us via email at hello@mymirelle.com within this period.

Condition of Returned Items

Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened silk pillowcases, eye masks, and hair accessories cannot be returned unless defective.

Return Procedure

To return an item, please contact our support team for instructions. You must send the item back to us within 14 days of informing us about the withdrawal. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If the returned product is damaged or used beyond necessary handling, we may deduct an amount from the refund.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, you are entitled to a free exchange or refund under the EU warranty regulations. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Warranty Claims

In accordance with EU laws, our products come with a 2-year legal warranty covering defects. If your item develops a fault within this period, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
